The heatrocks keep a coming. On Saturday, September 6th, 2014, we will be dropping the Ferarri 14s. Heads know the significance of this release, which is limited to a very select few retailers across the country (big ups to Alumni!). Originally introduced in 1998, Michael Jordan wore the shoes to win his last NBA Championship with the Chicago Bulls. Almost 16 years later, Nike unveils a luxe version based entirely on the Italian sports car manufacturer's signature color scheme, and suddenly the Ferarris become one of the most anticipated releases of the year. And the hype is well deserved. The lush red suede upper, automobile-grade carbon fiber, and vibrant yellow accents... The speed, luxury, and wealth the Berlinetta Boxers, F50s, 458 Spiders & many more have come to represent are well manifested in the sneakers, and the fact that Tinker Hatfield and Mark Smith designed the silhouette with cues from the bloodline of the aforementioned vehicles makes these 14s that much more special. We open at 10 a.m.. Leftovers from the in-store release will be posted online at 12 p.m. for email orders on a first-come-first-served basis. Good luck!
