Nike will lace Black Friday 2014 with the most anticipated drop of the year, the Air Jordan 6 Retro - Black/Infrared. Despite being retroed a slew of times since its original 1991 release, the shoe continues to generate utmost excitement, and the 2014 version, which is rumored to be a very close replication of the OG '91 model, has been the center of attention for many sneaker heads this year.

On court, the Infrared 6 is celebrated for helping MJ win his first NBA Championship and the Finals MVP title. Off court, the shoe has been embraced by celebrities and regular folk alike. The iconic elements that make up the sneaker — finger-looped tongue, molded heel tab, translucent outsole, push-down lacelock, inconspicuous "23" decorating the sides, inner bootie — have been continuously referenced by Nike for newer silhouettes,  and if you missed out on previous versions, this is a great chance to add the Tinker Hatfield-designed pair to your collection.

One complaint? We wish the heel would display the "Nike Air" logo rather than the Jumpman! We'll be opening our doors at 9 a.m. on Black Friday, and the sneakers will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Good luck!
