What do you do?
I am an Educator, community advocate, and leader of community crew runs with Goldfinger Track Club (my other run crew is Rage and Release). I have the best job in the world teaching the hardest working students in Brooklyn.
Why do you do it?
Educating the youth and our community is my passion. It is the lens through which I see our world. Educating and showing up for the community is vital to me; the truest agent of change. From this perspective, educating and supporting the community isn’t just a thing, but an action, something we must regularly commit to in order to be agents of change ourselves. It is imperative for me to illustrate to our youth and each person I encounter that we are all responsible for being the change we wish to see in the world.
