Velveteen BONE Embroidery Souvenir Jacket 'Black'
Souvenir jackets date back to American GIs in Japan in WWII having jackets hand-embroidered with dragons, cherry blossoms, maps of Japan to commemorate their time there. Sometimes, souvenir jackets were made from the silk of old parachutes. Kapital uses a bomber jacket silhouette but a rich, delicate velvet to supplant military silk. Perennial skeleton motif embroidery. Made in Japan.
