All online orders are processed as quickly as possible as they are placed. We typically expect a 24-48 hour turnaround. Once shipped, you can typically expect your package to arrive with in 1-5 days, based on the shipping option chosen at checkout.
Certain products are non-returnable. Final Sale Items, Medicom BE@RBRICKs, collaborative footwear releases, dated releases, and other items specifically listed on the individual product page as not returnable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender, we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items.
