Orders

All online orders are processed as quickly as possible as they are placed. We typically expect a 24-48 hour turnaround. Once shipped, you can typically expect your package to arrive with in 1-5 days, based on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

 
Certain products are non-returnable. Final Sale Items, Medicom BE@RBRICKs, collaborative footwear releases, dated releases, and other items specifically listed on the individual product page as not returnable.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged,unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.This includes items purchased with a promo code. Refunds for sale products or other non-returnable products will be issued in a gift card / store credit.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us via email at support@alumniofny.com. Someone will respond and let you know which location to ship the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders

*Air Jordan, New Balance, Nike, Nike SB, The North Face, Timberland, and Vans products are not available for international shipment.*

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame. For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender, we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items. Due to costs of international shipping, we only accept returns/exchanges if there is a mistake with your order or if the product is damaged, defective, worn etc.
